FAQ'S

How do i place an order
Ordering is simple, either fill in the details requested on the item, then check out. If we need any further information we will get in touch via email. or download our order form to complete and send to us via email or post.

How long does it take to complete my order
It takes approx 7 - 14 days to proof your stationery across to you, then, once you have O.K.'d the proof it takes a further 14 days to completion depending on how busy we are.

Do you do civil service or gay weddings
Absolutely yes, we will change the wording to suit your individual requirements.

Can i have the card or trim in a different colour to the one shown.
Yes all our stationery is hand crafted so all you need to do is send us a colour swatch of the colour you are trying to match and we will do our best to find a match for you.

How do i know i will get my order
We send all our orders out next day tracked and signed for delivery. We will always check with you the delivery address incase you want them delivering to work.

Does my order include P&P
Most of our orders include P & P however, where a delivery is split, there may be an additional cost but we will advise you if this is the case at the time.

Will I be able to see proofs
Yes all our stationery is proofed to you via email and it is not until you ok these that your items will be printed. We do not charge an additional fee for changing the proofs, however, please check them carefully.

What if i haven't ordered enough
Simply go back onto our website or give us a call and we will make the additional items up for you as soon as possible.

Can I choose my own wording
Yes no problem, just email us your the wording you want printed and we will print it for you.

Can we change the design that you have on your site
Yes, as all our stationery is hand crafted so you can have the your items personalized to your ideas, we don't usually charge for this unless it involves adding additional embellishments etc. If this is the case we will advise you at the onset .

Do you have a minimum/maximum order value
No, here at Amber Invitations every wedding is special no matter how large or small, that is why we don't offer discounts for larger weddings as we don't see why if you are having a small intimate wedding you should pay more. 

Do I have to order all my items at once
It is generally best to order everything at once as our suppliers can discontinue colours of card etc when they feel like it, so if everything is ordered at once we put all the card that will be used to one side for you until nearer the wedding when we will then start to make up order of services, menu's etc..
