Placing an order with us is simple, all you need to do is follow the steps below, but please remember that we are only a phone call or email away, so if you need any help please don't hesitate to contact us.
1.We always recommend that you order a sample from us before placing your final order. So the first thing you need to do is order a sample from us online, emailing us if you require it in a different colour- way to the one that is shown on our site. When we send this to you, we will enclose an order form together with details of how to place your actual order..
2. When you have received your sample and are happy with it, complete the order form with all your details and post or email it back to us or order online. Once you complete your prder we will contact you via email or phone if we need any further information from you. It is at this stage that we will require a 50% deposit paid by secure online payment, bacs transfer, cheque (a 4 day clearing will apply) or you are welcome to pop into the shop to pay by cash etc.
3. Once we have received your order and payment, we will get on and start your proof which we will email or post across to you normally within the following 7 - 10 days. It is at this stage that you will need to check all spellings dates etc. very carefully, and advise us as soon as possible of any changes/alterations you need us to make. We will then re-proof them across to you and when we get the OK on them we will start to complete your order.
4. When your order is nearing completion, we will email a final invoice for the remainder of your order over to you unless payment has been made in full online, this can be paid by secure payment on-line, bacs transfer, cheque (a 4 day clearing will apply), card payment over the phone or you are welcome to call into the shop.
5. Once we have received payment, we will pack your order and send it out to you Royal Mail Special delivery. When you receive your order sit back with a glass of vino (or 2) and send them out to all your family and friends.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee card types and colours etc are continued indefinitely as our suppliers can cancel various items at at any time. We therefore recommend that when you order your invitations, you order your place names, table plans etc. at the same time. This will enable us to put aside all the card etc that you will need even though we will not be completing your order until nearer the wedding.
